Philips 40 inch (40PFL3706/F7) tv color and vertical bars.	Can't Post

My 40 inch Philips tv has started displaying a red background instead of black and the screen has vertical red lines on the right side of the screen. There are red vertical lines at startup, but these fade away after a minute or so. Has anyone else seen this problem and if so, how to fix it?

Clean LVDS cable ends to tcon.

Otherwise, in price order, low to high/impossible: tcon, main or panel.

Thanks. I have been trying to get a schematic and/or diagram to the tv.
Any suggestions on a good place to find one?

Also, I think the TCON board for this tv is the small board on top of the tv (it's connected by the 15 pin cable to the main board). Am I looking in the right place?
