Philips LCD 32PFL3403/12	Can't Post

My Tv turns on ,no tv channels , in the screen is written cD and locked . Someone told me that cF is the factory mode . What can I do? Is there any way to turn the tv in normal mode Thanks in advance

well just reset the setting from the menu
or there may be an option of RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS i hope this will help.

The Tv is locked , there is no Menu when I push the key of Menu both from the remote and local keys

well what do you mean by TV is LOCKED
how can it be locked....
if it is what message it displays...
is it an internal lock or external.....
i have never listen that TV got locked Unsure

As I have written in my first message , when I turn the Tv on , on the upper left side of the screen is written cF and on the down side is written Locked. When I push the keys of the remote or local keys nothing happens, they do not act. This is the situation

Does Philips have a number you can call for help. The manufacturer should have some kind of answer.

are you sure its not on child lock. if so the instruction book should tell you how to unlock

i do not think its a child lock or may be it is.well try the child lock option if it does not work i guess only Phillips can help you with this.... Shocked
