SONY KDL-32L4000 Continuous blink Code ?

Hi i have a SONY KDL-32L4000 T.V And i bought the t.v for a really cheap price with the hopes of getting it going again so let me give you the run down on this set
First when i got the T.V it would power on but there was only sound coming out of it (No picture at all)
So i replaced the
Main board
The t-con board
Invert er Board
(pretty much every main part inside except the Power supply Board and LCD screen)
So with that done i get A T.V that turns on but the screen has lines in it but it works so i trouble shoted to find that the T-CON board i got was the wrong revision number so i assumed that was the problem now so i got a different one with the right rev # but now i have some weird screen problems with a blinking code at the bottom it is a Continuous blink once a second, no pausing when i looked up the code it says as follows:
No reply from the jungle IC301 (data bus is busy, shorted to ground, or held high), IK video path is defective.
what does that mean and where do i look to fix it
