Sharp Aquos LCD multicolored screen

Hi I have a 70" Sharp Aquous LCD Smart TV, last night I went to bed with the tv on(bad habit) and it was fully functional nothing was wrong with it. This morning whe I got up the tv was multicolored(purples,green,blues and blacks) with no sound. I couldnt do anything with the remote, so I turned it off on the tv itself and I turned it back on and it was fine. Would this be a cause for concern? I just bought this tv from a friend and its only 3 years old.
