Sony KDL-55HX729 - 5 Blink T'code Can't Post

My Sony KDL-55HX729 has gone completely dark. When an error occurs with this make/model, the STANDBY LED flashes a set number of times to indicate a probable source of the problem. I'm getting 5 blinks.

The service manual says the 5-blink t'code indicates the cause of the problem may be within the TCON, HFR, LVDS CABLE, and/or the Panel ID NVM.

I've checked the power board (G6A) and confirmed it outputs 3.3v from the appropriate pin. I've replaced the mainboard (BATV) and the TCON board. Neither had any affect. I have no way of swapping the ribbon cable between the TCON and BATV, and I cannot figure out what the "HFR" or "Panel ID NVM" are.

I've pretty much exhausted my t'shooting intuition at this point.

Suggestions?

Put the old boards in place. The fact is that in your motherboards a memory card is registered in the memory chip. And a new panel is written in the new cards. Here is your TV and refuses to accept them. (Google Translate)
