Sony XBR65A9F OLED 3 Blink/flash help

My second hand (aka no Warranty) 65A9F OLED goes into standby with a 3 blink fault. The 3 blink fault is either a power board or the mainboard failure. I’ve replaced both the mainboard and the power board. I know I’m supposed to do a software update on the mainboard, but I can’t get it powered on long enough to apply the update. Tv will boot to the Android boot screen then click off with the error code. I’m frustrated because I can’t get this thing up and running. Any help is appreciated.
