Spectroniq IQTV-732H No picture only sound

Hi... I have a Spectroniq IQTV-732H ... had it for about 2-3 year ... when I turn it on first you used to see the logo and the picture would show in negative, now I don't see any logo no more, nor picture, I only hear sound. Can you tell me the part that needs to be change ... it is suspected to be the T-con Board
