TCL screen black fast spreading spot

Hello everybody,
I hope somebody can help me out.
The problem I have is with a TCL L40F11F LCD TV.
The screen is spreading a black spot if it is turned on. Going to a menu the spot gets blue.
Because it is difficult to describe the problem exactly I made a movie from it and put it on youtube.

Now there are only three main parts in the TV and the question is which part is broken.
1. Main board
2. Power Supply
3. LCD screen
I did looked for bad capacitors on the power supply but they all looked fine.
When searching on the Internet I get different results.
So I hope somebody here saw this problem before and has the right answer for me.
