Vizio M651d-a2r firmware issues

I have a vizio m651d-a2r that i believe has an issue with the power supply. I will be replacing it shortly. But the current problem is that the firmware update failed due to power issues in standby. The main board was replaced due to the issue only to have the new one fail during updates. Now the tv powers on when plugged in but does not power off or allow access to the web apps. I am looking for someone with access to firmware that is flashable via usb as the tv will only allow updates when powered off. Or maybe someone with advice on the issue. I do not want to have to replace the main again as it is expensive and very hard to find.
