problems with our new tv Can't Post

hi, we recently bought an LCD tv and lately have been getting a buzzing noise that we were not aware of when we first had it! we have sky could it be interference from the dish or would it be an internal problem?

is the noise coming from the tv when the sound is turned down to zero? if so it is probably a mechanical noise coming from one of the transformers. if not and the sound is variable with the volume level you have a fault in the audio circuit..

hi, thank's for your reply, the sound goes when the volume is on zero;is it possible to get this problem sorted by a tv engineer;or should we return to shop?

the dvd is built in, it still makes the noise whilst using that!

I was thinking more along the lines of using a device that's not usually connected via an External input. Maybe an old VCR.
