63" Philips Plasma Fuzzy Picture

I have a 63" Philips Plasma, 63PF9631D/37.
Originally the TV went black with 6 flashing red lights. I have since replaced both power boards and the Xmain.
Now I get a picture that bounces between the clear HD picture it should be and a fuzzy,unclear, over colored picture with a horizontal line going right down the middle of the screen. Its is almost like the picture is compressing to the middle of the the TV Horizontally. Then a minute later it goes to normal HD.
I am really frustrated what can I do?? Please help?
