Does the Suffix really matter when replacing Main Board? Can't Post

Hi Y'all! I'm down in Costa Rica with my Panasonic Plasma model# TC-P50S2X. I need a new main board # TXN/A1LQUUS with a Board# TNPH0831 3A.

I found several on Ebay. But 1 seller mentioned, that as long as the SUFFIX was the same as his advertisement" it should work in my unit. All the other For Sale Ads don't mention a Suffix, but their Board numbers and Main Board Part numbers all are exact to mine.

So my Q is: Does the suffix matter? Or can I just go by the Main Board Part# and Board#?

I would greatly appreciate an answer because this part is very hard to find and I need to jump on one before I lose out.

Thanks a Bunch!
Lil Red!

'A' board for the same set you've been working on since (at least) 2015?
