FREE salvage TV in Jersey City, NJ, model#42PF9630A/37

Plasma tv. I believe it's 42". Manufacture date is 12/2005. Screen won't light up--red light at bottom blinks 7 times I believe. My understanding is this is repairable.
I know people salvage parts from these things but I don't know where to find those people. Any help is appreciated. I'd like to get rid of the tv but I don't want it to go to waste--tree hugger anti-consumerist, you see.
