JVC Plasma TV Which one??

I found these two JVC plasma TV's on a website and they are both the same price (Exactly)
I cannot decide which one of the two is better and i was wondering if someone can translate all the jargon and maybe give me some advice on which one would be best?
I have already got surround sound set up on my old 28" widescreen TV i wouldn't know if that would make a difference, as one has nicam and the other doesn't. And i need at least two scart sockets?
if someone could help me here i would be most grateful.
