LG Plasma culprit? pics Can't Post

My LG PC1D 60" plasma finally pooped out. It started struggling (cycling) on and off when turned on. It took more and more times to get it to stay on. After researching many sites the suggestion was the power supply capacitors. I took the back off and it appears about 5 of the capacitors have bulged with one leaking. I am hoping this was the problem as I ordered a new power supply board. Is there anything else I should do inside the back of the TV before I put it all back together? General maintenance? I have removed any dust buildup on fans etc. Looking at the pictures, does this look like the culprit to you?

jclgodale3;.....

I'll be glad to oblige you with a comment.....
1st , I need to tell you I do not work on LED , LCD or Plasma TVs...
But , those caps definately look bad...
As far as what to do next , install the new power supply board , turn the set on , see if if comes on like it should , if so , put it back together & enjoy your TV...
That's the best I can do....Wink.....

Good Luck.....Sly...
