Lg pdp42X3(2002) Powers Off Can't Post

I have a PDP42X3 that powers on for a few seconds and then the SMPS turns off. There is never a picture. There are no visibly blown caps, but I did find a blown FS2 on the YSUS board and replaced it but still the same symptoms. Has anyone experienced this before? Does this mean the YSUS is bad? Va at both YSUS and ZSUS is 58vdc and Vs is 180vdc and the manual says they should be 60vdc and 186vdc respectively. I was afraid to adjust them up without some expert opinions first.

Thank you!

Your voltages are fine. The tv is in shutdown mode. unplug the connector from the power to the Y-sus board and use a analog meter, place one lead on one of the connector pin and the other on any metal part of the tv and check for short to ground. Placing the two meter leads on the connectors must check like diode, if not the y-sus is shorted.
