MAGNAVOX 50MF231D half screen work perfect, other half color is distorted

after replacing two capacitors (3300uf) in order to get my TV to turn on again, my tv is now displaying a perfectly working top half of the screen, but the bottom half of the screen has a lot of color distortion... somebody please give me some advice

Your lower Y buffer board is bad. Very easy to replace. If you look at the back of the set, it is the board on the far left bottom corner running up and down. Good luck to you.
