New to this - Help with PIP Can't Post
I just purchased a Philips 42' plasma model number 42PF9956/37.

The specs for the tv indicate that it has 2 tuners and PIP. However, the instructions for the remote indicate that the PIP button has "No Function".

I can't find any where in the menus or on the remote to activate the PIP. Am I crazy? Or missing the obvious!

You're right! your missing the obvious! Simply read the owner's manual and your remote will guide you through.

I can't find anything in the manuals about PIP. Other than the non-functioing remote button.

Can you give me some more guidance here?

PIP should be visible on one of your remote button says: MULTI PIP. one or more click will size your options to which part of the screen appears.

No. No button on the remote other than the one labeled PIP. But that buton is clearing defined as non-functioning in the manual. Interestingly, i downloaded manuals from several Philips models and they all define the PIP button as "No Function". Although most indicate that they have the capability.

The specs for the TV state that there are 2 tuners and that the TV has PIP.

I have to say the manual for the philips is pretty poor. I am completely stumped.
