Panasonic plasma power problem

Hi all , I'm just looking for some help on a Panasonic plasma tx-p50C3b , the TV dose a double click when I press the TV power button then dose it again about a minute later and so on if I leave it left on , the standby light stays a solid red with no blinking ?? The only time the clicking stops is when I disconnect a cable to the main board , all caps look good there is no burn marks on the boards and all fuses are good , any help or guidance would be much appreciated ,
