Phillips tv image bad - help Can't Post

My Phillips plasma 50" is having display issues; but with no trouble light flashing. There is the proper picture and sound, but it is has been flashing (bright / dim) and some pixels not lighting. Does not have a good image and much worse with darker colors/images. The very bottom horizontal 4 to 6 inches appear the worst and most of the time with fading colors and missing pixels. Sometimes I can see the image from a prior channel; especially if it is a channel bar/number listing. I will gladly take any thoughts and ideas. Model # 50PF7220A/37
I have been told to replace power supply board, I was told to replace the x driver board and other boards. Is there a way of testing boards to see which one is bad or can someone who has seen it all figure it out by watching an image of the tv.
Please let me know my options or where to turn.
Thanks, Robert

Crazy Try adjusting your vs voltage up or down about 10 volts until the picture clears up. If this does not work, then that means your panel is dying
