Plasma Media Receiver PDP RO4U	Can't Post

My Pioneer PDP 5040 Plasma's media receiver - PDP RO4U has lost power. The TV's red blinking stand by light is on. We had a strong storm last night but I have a monster surge protector and all the other electronics are working properly. I have checked the connections and everything looks right. Is there a fuse in the media receiver ? Thanks in advance

Best "strong storm" surge protection is still the cheapest ... UNPLUG the items as storms approach. Cool
