Plasma ghosts Can't Post
Toshiba 42HP83, 2.5 years old. excellent picture until this week when splashes of colors appearing to be ghosts which accumulate until the picture is completely unwatchable. Change channel and its clear for a few minutes, then the same. It takes several minutes for this to appear initially. Is this a repairable situation or a lost cause? Thanks for helping.

Nope, this is not a repairable. It happen to my one of my plasmas just one time, i turned the display completely OFF and never happened again. This types of malfunction do not recognize by manufacturers as common failure, even if it were a failure, There's no repair advice by anyone who could help you. however as aging process continues, depending how the display is being treated by the user. It can happen anything.
