Prima 42" Plasma manual	Can't Post

I have a Prima 42" plasma tv but I do not have the manual or remote. I do not know the model number and it doesn't stae it anywhere on the tv. I can't seem to get sound when I hook up the component cables. I bought this tv second hand. I get sound when I hook up just the av cables and put the tv in TV mode. But when I put the tv in Component mode I get no sound. Why???

I figured out the sound problem but now there are 6 green lines at the right side of the screen going from top to bottom of the screen. Any answers?
