Samsung 50" Plasma TV Help Can't Post

I have a samsung 50" plasma model # HP-t5054. The picture went out on the TV but It still has sound. So I found out it was the upper buffer that needed to be replaced. After installing the upper buffer I accidentally ripped the ribbon cable that connects to the upper buffer, while trying to put the cover back on. Now when I turn the TV on I get a picture but now there's a 2 inch black line across the screen where the ribbon is ripped. Will a professional be able to fix this?

Do you have another undamaged screen? Then NO.

So what your saying is, if any ribbon is slightly ripped then the screen is done for?
