Samsung 51" Plasma PN51E440A2FXZA Dead	Can't Post

Am trying to surmise which board is shot here, I'm 98% convinced the PS board is good, all voltages are there, caps look great. The heartbeat LED on main logic board blinks steady like it's supposed to. My VS and VA voltages are there (201 & 58 VDC respectively) I have nothing happening, no stand-by LEDs on, no clicking, nothing when pressing the power button. I'm at a stand still with this one, thankfully, there's not many boards on this model and all of them seem reasonably priced @ shopjimmy's. I'm only guessing it's probably the main board??...anybody know more than me on this???..lol...thanks Unsure

CN203 voltages behave correctly?

yes, PS-on is low (.08)
all 5 volts & 15 volts, all within tolerance
Stndby is @ 5v

PS: all caps "look" good (no swells), all boards seem to be on, all sinks warm to the touch.

let me add that this tv may have been thru a lightning strike this past weekend, it arrived w/ 4 others from a sports bar yesterday, BUT have been told that one or 2 of them were already out of commission previously, just dont know which is which

Glad to see nobody else knows a solution, was feeling stupid myself, now not so dumb. Think I'm going to gamble 29$ on a Main bord

the board arrived this morning, installed, TV now back in service, not bad for a 17$ fix eh???...now on to that infernal Panasonic.....
