Samsung PN51D450A2D Y-Buffer Problem.

Hi guys, i'm new to the forum but lets see if anyone can help here. I have a Samsung PN51D450A2D plasma, and i have a bunch of horizontal lines on it. I figured it was the Y-Buffer board, or the ribbon, so I ordered a new Y-buffer board replacement. When I put the new buffer board in, there is no more picture. If i put the old one back in, theres picture, but still has the lines..
Help!!
