Samsung PN64F5500AF - Replaced power supply board - Standby Light will not come on	Can't Post

I have a PN64F5500AF that stopped working. The power supply would blow the 250A fuse as soon as any power was supplied to the unit. I replaced the power supply board with a new unit and the red standby light still will not come on indicating that power is supplied to the tv, I am wondering what to try next. Does anyone have any ideas?
