Hi, I have a Panasonic plasma which I bought around 04-05. We have had no problems with it until today. I'm some what confused by it. The screen is stuck on one picture, though it will still play sound and I can change the channel. What has me confused is that the comcast info will still show up on the screen when we press the buttons, (channel #, guide, on demand ect.) which is why I don't think the screen is frozen. I currently have the TV turned off.
Any help is appreciated, if you've had this problem before or have heard of it I would love some incite.
