Samsung SP P4231, SPP4231KX/XAA Plasma TV
It is very slow to "warm up" after 5 or 10 minutes the picture is fine.
I have replaced 7 visibly bad 1500uF 10v capacitors on the power board. This made no difference, I still have the problem. Is there is a fix, other then replacing the board?
