Toshiba 65H82 - Fixed convergence... just.. wont... power on?

I have a toshiba 65h82 and it was having the typical 3d effect that is attributed to a convergence chip failure ... I just replaced the two convergence chips (and yes they were the EXACT same models and I know they were quality parts) and piece the boards back together ( I took the board w/ convergence out to do the de/re-soldering ) and have just put everything back in place, plugged it in, heard a clicking noise and saw no smoke or sparks and ..... there is NO standby light and no power on ...

The tv was unplugged for a week or so before the repair so I'm wondering if (read: hoping that) the capacitors just need to charge a bit? Otherwise I was wondering what wiring problem would cause a no - power failure... I do have a (small) mystery that I can't solve... on the convergence board there is a slot for a 5-pronged wire and there is NO 5-pronged wire anywhere to plug in to it... and my pre-repair board photos dont show that specific spot (I feel so angry) ... so I'm wondering if a tv board would randomly have slots that have nothing in it? I'm guessing no.. but if someone could point out what I'm missing it would be greatly appreciated.
