Vs and Va voltages

I have a samsung pn50 plasma. Clicks when turned on then shuts off. I replaced the ps board thinking it was the problem. Still the same. I removed cables and put back one at a time powering up the tv every time. Now I have the logic board plugged in and the main board plugged in . I hear the tv power up and plays Samsung intro tune. So I check my vs an va power and when I turn on the tv, the vs and va voltages are what the label calls for 202 and 55 Vdc but within 1-2 secs the voltages slowly drop to 0vdc. It does this will the new ps board also.
