Wii hookup to Samsung PN648000F & Denon AVR

Just purchased a Samsung PN64D8000F and a Denon AVR 591. They'll be delivered and installed Monday.
I'm in the process of gathering all of the cables etc that I will need.
The Denon, Blue ray and satellite box will be located about 15 ft. opposite the TV.
Cables, wires etc will be run through the ceiling, walls or floors.
The Denon has HDMI inputs.
What cables do I need to run my Wife's Wii?
If I plug the Wii directly to the Samsung, how do I assure that the audio comes through the Denon and not the Samsung
