goodmans plasma GTV42p3 fault need advice please

Rite i got my self a plasma 42 in tv last week and i have just noticed a line down the right hand side on the screen about 9 in's in, and before i send it back im just curious to what would cause it and what it could be. any help would be gratefulll ?
any 1?
i have tryed different scart cables but still the same.
there is nothing near to it to interfere with it
im using a dvd,sky system ,and a ps2 but only 1 scart cable comming of the tv to a 3 way splitter skart boxwhere the other items are connected to
and yes it is rgb pal, you can only see the line when it is on a light picture and the line is vertical
