Brand new Panasonic 50" plasma. This morning, only 1/3 of the picture is on screen.

The 1/3 of the left side top to bottom is showing. I rechecked all connections, hdmi...everything seems ok. unplugged, reset..ect.

Is this tv screwed? It is one day old.

I can imagine the terror of your face this time!. Stop punching them buttons. On your remote: press MULTI PIP 3 x slowly till full screen appears.

I think refer with your owner's manual thorough. Im just wondering! what's with you all here talking about HDMI?....Till broadcasters reach the highest resolutions then I would suggest HDMI. For now! COMPONENT is standard.
