plasma wall mout for a hollow wall Can't Post

can a plasma tv be mounted to a hollow wall, i live in a new house, all the walls are hollow plaster board and behind the plaster board are wooden posts about 18in apart can the tv mount available be used on this type of wall if the mount is fixed to the wooden joists within the wall, if anyone out there has, please let me know, the tv weight is about 50kg can it be done

as long as you secure to the studs, you will be fine. do not try to mount it to plaster...
