samsung ps43d450 problem with power after update

hi during update i turned the power off as it had froze thinking it would do no harm.
i plug the tv in and there is no standby light showing after 5 mins the tv screen comes on but no buttons work on the remote or tv with no sound is there anyway i can sort this out
