Help with a Pioneer Projection TV

I got a Pioneer projection tv from work cause of it being made in 1993. Its model number is SDP5065. First off the tuner doesnt work, i get black and white fuzzy picture, sound works though. If i plug anything into the RCAs its the same way for 5 minutes then clears right up and the picture looks awesome, the more the tvs on the quicker the picture will come up clear. When watching movies if something bright comes on esp yellow colors the tv will flicker alot. If anyone has ideas or has a wiring diagram of this tv please let me know, id be extremely greatful. I do know someone told me to find capacitors and replace them incase they dried up.
