spikertc:... Well,Well,Well....Lots to say here.... Yesterday I found a website that has a manual for a similar model to yours... It was for a 43FDX10B... It is a 13 part RAR file with all but one file at 1.99MB... Each part takes me 7-10 min to download...Due to the lateness of the hour last nite , I quit downloading at 8 parts.... This morning I finished up with the last 5 parts... After ALL parts were completed, I tried to open them up with a program called 7-Zip which opens up RAR files... The manual is corrupted & could not be archived/opened !!!...... Back to the web I go & ta da , I find a free service manual for your set....... It too is a RAR file...It too was corrupted !!!...... Back to the web again... This time I found a link on another forum for a "free" download for your TV in pdf form...Yea......This one is NOT corrupted...... Here's the link...==> http://www.electronica-pt.com/...nc,showdown/id,6045/ Scroll down a bit & you'll see the download for your TV... Download the file... Go to page 19....Step 2.12.1 is optional.... In step 2.12.2 Do NOT adjust the green... At the top right side of the page you'll notice in a box it says "Progressive Mode" Do ALL steps in order... Take special note of item # (5)...<== This info is missing on the Zeroization page.... I will suggest you do that several times during your adjustments...Won't hurt anything.... This COULD be the step causeing your data failing to be entered after you hit PIP twice... When you have ALL the colors lined up to your satisfaction , EDIT:..Press the "info" button one LAST time ,then press PIP , wait a sec or two , then hit PIP again... Exit convergence mode (Turn TV off ??? <==not sure about this) Turn TV back on & see if that helped... Hopefully that should solve your problem...(Fingers , toes & eyes crossed.....) Do NOT under ANY circumstances do the adjustments for :.."HD Mode" OR ANY OTHER adjustments in the manual...PERIOD!!! nuff said for now....Try that & get back to us to let us know as soon as you have done the above... GOOD LUCK....Ron.M.......... Veteran & Retired TV technician
