How can I fit the screen to the TV?

I have an old 4:3 Samsung TV and when i'm watching ski I can't see half of the layout. I tried everything and I want to reduce screen size (not stretch it) so it fits to the screen perfectly. (I also own A1-TV) I'm from austria.
