Magnavox vertical hold

Magnavox 3/88 Model # RJ8540 AK02
I'm an amateur. Took the back panel off and found a panel that says "Horizontal Oscillator Module". There are 3 turnable plastic knobs....one yellow and 2 orange. Turning them has some control on vertical hold, but I can't get it to stop. Any help?
