Mitsubishi VS-60607 cuts top and bottom picture off Can't Post

When I turn on the TV all I see is a blue screen and three line's at the top of the TV if I leave it on for about 10 minutes then the TV cuts part of the top and bottom off. Here is a link to a picture of what is happening. http://img85.imageshack.us/...1/20100703153331.jpg any suggestions where to start.
Thanks

Nevermind I did some resolder work on the boards last night and didn't think to check it, but it seems to be working just fine right now.

Ok so a new problem when I first turn the TV on there with be line's that shake up and down the tv for about 5 or so minutes and then it goes away. I have had the TV on now for over an hour and it hasn't happened again. Here are two picture's of what it is doing. http://img411.imageshack.us/g/20100707192353.jpg/
