Mitsubishi WD-60737 Problem...Need Help!

My TV was working fine up until 2 days ago. Turned it off at bedtime, got up yesterday and went to turn it on, and nothing. You press POWER, the status light blinks green 3 times then red once then nothing. I have tried unplugging it and that doesn't work. I have checked everything I know. I ran the code check and got code 12, No Errors Found. You can hear it "click" when you press power like it's trying to turn on, but a second or two later and it clicks again turning off. Any ideas?
