Mitsubishi vs-5061 picture roll

I have a Mitsubishi vs-5061 that has audio but the picture constantly rolls. I've seen other posts here that say its the PIP board but I'm confused about the instructions and where to get the parts for the fix. I just got done cleaning the board on the backside of the VP plug, because it looked like something had been leaking so hopefully that fixes it. If anyone could give me some good instructions on this fix including where I might find the parts and maybe even a picture I would really appreciate it.
