My Rear Projection tv is foggy Can't Post

Hi
I just moved fro Fla. to Mass. and my Toshiba rear Projection Toshiba HD TV is now like Foggy and has a yellowish spot in the bottom left quarter! My question is Do I just need to have the lamps calibrated or could it be something more extreme? And what can I expect to be charged if I bring it to a TV repair shop? thanx for any replies!!!

smp222;.....

1st thing I would do is go to a GOOD shrink & find out WHY you moved from warm sunny Florida to ice cold as hell Massachussets (Spelling(?) this OR any time of year....Wink...

A model number would be nice....
Was the yellowish spot there BEFORE you moved ????

NO !!! & they are called CRTs....Lamps usually are for room lighting etc....

In Mass , an arm , a leg or most likely , your first born....Wink....
Seriously , in Mass the rates WILL be higher than Fla...
Call a local TV shop & get an idea of what they charge for house calls , estimates , &/or if you brought it in...
That will give you an idea of what the costs will be down the line...

GOOD LUCK....Sly.....
