Koch said she felt inspired by the Nike sasquatch Sumo2 5300 Driver and Nike SQ SUMO 5000 Fairway Wood home crowds who supported her all the way round.

The Swedish crowds certainly had a good day when it came to watching their fellow countrymen peak at the top of the leaderboard. Sophie Gustafson, who started the day in second place, Taylormade R9 Forged Irons took a brief trip to the top after a one under par front nine took her to three under, tied with Koch and Davies.
But the Ping K15 Fairway Wood and Ping K15 Driver interlude was brief. Two under after eleven, Gustafson went on to drop three shots in the next five holes and made a negative move to one under at the close of play.
Whilst Gustafson went from good to bad, Laura Davies was making a move in the opposite direction.
