I have a RCA P46730WK with a CTC-169PC chassis. When the TV is plugged in I heard a beeping sound for about one minute and nothing else. I checked the voltage on Q4101 and I get a reading of 58 VDC. I checked Q4401 and I have no voltage. I have checked CR116U diode and I have no resistance. I believe this may be my problem can anyone verify.
 I have changed out CR116U and power up the TV and the diode blew again can anyone guide me as to where the problem may be. I believe that it popped when i pressed the on/off button. It was still making the beeping when I plugged in.
