PRICE CUT ON DLP'S ANYTIME SOON?	Can't Post

I read a release that stated samsung was going to be cutting the cost of there dlp's by 30% 1st quarter of 05. I am wondering when and if BB or CC will be reducing there price for the HLP4663W. To me 2229 seems way overpriced for this set considering you are rolling the dice when you buy one hopeing that the bulb or balyst does not break in the first week.

Anyone in these boards have any suggestions on a price cut coming up?

I am torn between the Zennith and the samsung.

There is a system out there called LCOS (liquid crystal on silicon) that is almost as good as DLP and that price si supposed to be going down soon by as much as 40%. The picture quality and brightnes rivals DLP. Do a search onnthe internet to find out more about this system. it might surprise you.
