Panasonic Rear-Projection PT-51HX40B Power Supply

I received a Panasonic 51" rear projection tv (PT-51HX40B) with a supposed power supply problem. When I first turned it on it "clicked" once, then just made high pitched "beeps" afterwards, which would not stop until the power plug was pulled. Have no picture and no sound. I took the back cover off and pulled the power supply board out and found a blown ceramic capacitor. C555(loc) ECKD3D122JB CAP,C .0012UF-J-2KV is the part that I need. I've been searching for days for it and have not succeeded. Can anyone tell me where I can get the part or (pardon my electronics inexperience) can I solder together two 600pF 2kV capacitors in series together to get a total 1200pF 2kV??? Or can I substitute that part with the easily obtainable 1000pF (or 1500pF) 2kV capacitor? And also seems to be impossible to find one that is less than 10% tolerance, and the manual asks for 5%. Should this be a big deal to me? Thanks.
