Pioneer SD-P5046 Turns Off Automatically	Can't Post

I have a Pioneer Projection TV (SD-P5046) manufactured in August, 1990 that has worked like new since the day I got it; however, for no apparent reason it now turns off automatically. The only way I can get it to turn back on is to unplug it for a few moments and plug it back in. It comes back on and works fine for up to ten minutes, but then shuts itself back off again. I keep repeating this routine, but the problem continues. Any ideas?

A visual exam of both sides of PCBs is as good a place to start as any. Burnt/overheated areas or parts, bad solder joints, etc.
