Pioneer sd p4565 television

I have a pioneer SD p4565 television that will just go black screen at any random time. It will always come back to regular scree, but sometimes it takes up to a minute to do so. When it goes black, the sound goes away as well. often the screen will shrink in size, scrunching up the picture. I unfortunately have no electronics experience. Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful.
